To be able to work without GT-Playground

To be able to work without GT-Playground hijaking all our default tools I did a small package called FixMooseCrap available at http://www.smalltalkhub.com/#!/~StephaneDucasse/PetitsBazars MCSmalltalkhubRepository owner: 'StephaneDucasse' project: 'PetitsBazars' user: '' password: '' So now after more than one hour I will be able to focus on the snapshotcello problem and now of course I should start to leave. retracting the whitespace theme for now

Hi, I have removed the Whitespace Theme from the default setup of Moose and Glamorous Toolkit. Here are the reasons: - The theme is judged through the point of view of Nautilus. It is true that Nautilus does not look good. This is rather unfortunate given that it seems to be irrelevant that Nautilus does not good regardless of the theme, but that is life and I want to move on. - The recent negative discourses mixed concerns about GT with the one about the theme. While I still consider theme-ing a relevant topic, GT is an order of magnitude more important and I would like to keep the discussion clean to help us focus on what is important. At the moment, this means that the Pharo theme will be used. This will change as soon as another theme will work with Nautilus, or until we have a replacement coding experience. [Metacello] About record

Hi dale I’m trying to obtain the record of Configuration of Moose in the latest version of moose ((ConfigurationOfMoose project version: #development) ignoreImage: true; record) and I get a kind of endless loop until my vm simply crash (I opened a Trasncript). Do you handle cycles in configurations? Do you have an idea of what could be the problems? I will check with smaller configurations but this is a daunting task. Snapshotcello is not working anymore and I’m trying to understand why. Stef

why the white theme is still the default theme in Moose?

Hi Why this broken theme is still the default theme? Do we think that this is a good promotion for Moose and Pharo? Seriously? So I’m waiting for an answer and based on this answer I will take actions because this is too long now that the system is on his knees from that perspective. Stef
