Hi!
Some abstract classes do not have subclasses.
MOHorizontalDominanceOrderLayout isAbstractClass => true
MOBulletTreeLayout isAbstractClass => true
I believe this has to be fixed

Yes, this is due to the same tree layout hierarchy refactoring. I will
see what can be done about this.
