Hi,
I implemented a Moose Panel based on Glamour. It integrates both the list of models and the finder. You can get it by executing: MoosePanel open.
The list of models is now updated using a new basic means to update a Glamour presentation.
The importing actions are rendered as toolbar buttons based on the specs from the MoosePaneCommand. The pane commands that do not specify an icon, are rendered as menu that is spawned by pressing the "..." toolbar button.
Please let me know what you think.
Cheers, Doru

Yeah! Excellent! It is really nice!
Some times ago I had some layout problem. Apparently they disappeared.
Really cool!

The panel looks really cool! Can you give a brief HOWTO on using the new updating mechanism?
Also, there is an issue: on creating, moving closing ... a browser I get a bunch of 'MessageNotUnderstood: receiver of "@" is nil' messages in the Transcript.

Forget that, my fault: I had an old Glamour browser open, hidden under a bunch of other windows. Closing that resolved the problem.
Apologies for the spam ...

Hi,
I will follow up with more details about the latest changes in Glamour. But, I still need to fix a couple of issues that I introduced lately.
Cheers, Doru

That's good news to see this panel finally going public! We should move more stuff to the toolbar (browseMeta, initialize meta descriptions...)
I havent checked yet, but is there a way to create menu buttons in the toolbar (other thant the '...')
Problem: the meta browser does not display anything. How is this related to the last changes in Glamour?

Sure. This was always possible by adding actions to the browser.
Problem: the meta browser does not display anything. How is this related to the last changes in Glamour?
Very related. Glamour is under heavy construction. The work is related to the introduction of a composite presentation and to getting clearer semantics of how presentations are passed around. I hope I can pull it through this week, if not, I will revert to a previous version :).
Cheers, Doru

Hi Doru,
I'm all for the above, you have my (moral) support! :-)
