There are 3 tests that have been failing for long… What should we do? Simply remove them to get the build green?

It seems that the 3 tests are related to release.
GT.Tests.Release.GTFinalReleaseTest.testNoGLMWindowInstances GT.Tests.Release.GTFinalReleaseTest.testNoInspectorInstances GT.Tests.Release.GTFinalReleaseTest.testNoPlaygroundInstances
I think that there are not needed as long as we are in a development version.

I added those tests after all the memory leaks that we got a certain point. Currently they fail because of problem in Pharo related to Rubric.
I'd like to keep them as otherwise we are not aware of some problems until the release/integration with Pharo. This means indeed that some tests that are related to issues in Pharo might fail for longer periods of time.
