I separated classes that rely on the moose browser into a different package (CAnalyzerOBCommands). CAnalyzer should now be loaded without having MooseOBBrowser installed. I am trying it now.

Note that at that stage, CAnalyzer is not loaded when you load Moose. There is a dependency on Rio that I need to get rid of.
