It does have a border, you just can't change it's width, which is set to
0.005.

I believe there was a problem with it's nonuniformity --- it would be
thicker on the wider side and vice versa, or something like that.
In theory RTSVGPath could be used, but I don't think support for arcs was
added yet (and maybe the problem is still there).
