Interesting; the layout is ignoring the border --- there should be spacing everywhere.
It seems that the border is not accounted for in encompassingRectangle and/or
containsPoint: as RTDraggable also works only on the inner half of the border.

You questioned whether ellipse are special. I would say that border are rarely required
for an ellipse, but for a box it is often necessary. This is just my feeling.
