No problem to
use Roassal 2 instead !
But I have the same issue on the examples.
Which issue?
The font display
issue..
RTDowserExample new coolStuff :
That is under Linux. It's not very readable.
And I think there is the same issue with W7
If you want
some help, I can. But I need some pointers :)
I have the impression, that the class
TRLabelShape has to be improved.
For example, consider the following method:
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
TRLabelShape class>>getFontForSize: aNumber
^ LogicalFont familyName: 'Arial' pointSize: aNumber
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
The font name is hardcoded, which is not a good idea since you may have a different font
set on your machine. It would be great to use the installed font, used by Pharo.
That a good idea ! Because under Linux, the Arial font doesn't exists...
But with this :
LogicalFont familyName: 'Source Sans Pro' pointSize: 12
You have :
I will search how to use the system fonts.
By the way, have you tried: RTExample new rotatingLabelsAnimated
That doesn't
work :( rotatingLabelsAnimated is not a valid message to a
RTExample ...
