Just load the appropriate versions for the configurations. For example, programmatically:
Gofer new
smalltalkhubUser: 'Moose' project: 'PetitParser';
configuration;
load.
((Smalltalk at: #ConfigurationOfPetitParser) project version: '1.7-snapshot')
load
But, ideally, try directly from the Configuration Browser in a fresh Pharo 2.0 image.
