Why - Agile development processes are becoming more and more mainstream. In order to support and speed up this progress, Ralph Jocham is convinced that investing into the next generation of software people is the way to go. The goal of Pay it Forward is for the next generation to pay it back to the world of software development by really understanding agile and getting it right from the beginning.
How - Pay It Forward PSM is a full Scrum.org PSM training (http://www.scrum.org/psmoverview/), essentially for free for students! Students are asked to pay a royalty of CHF 100 that will cover the PSM assessment fee.
5 places are offered for CHOOSE members at a rate of 1200 CHF.
(Please note that the regular price for this training is usually about CHF 2100)
What - The training will take place on a Saturday and Sunday at the University of Bern from 9:00 to 17:00. Students need to attend both days in full to qualify for the assessment. There will be no catering. Training materials will be provided.
Who - You will have to be either a currently enrolled student, or a CHOOSE member to qualify for this course.
