I am populating the model with some elements obtained from a java file. The moose GUI shows every single entities in the list of models. Is this intended ?Is this normal? http://www.iam.unibe.ch/~bergel/moose.tiff

Hi Alex,
No it is not. You had a similar problem when I looked at your importer :).
You should create a MooseModel, add all entities to this model and then add the model to the MooseModel root. Right now, it looks like you are adding all entities directly to MooseModel root.
