Thanx for the earlier responses. I think I got my answer. One more thing if you people can elaborate. How do we represent system classes.... Do we create Famix.Class entries for System classes?

yes but only when there referenced either as a superclass (and we mark them as stub class). This is important thatthe graph that represents the model is complete. After when you import a system class you do not have to import its method (if not invoked), its variables, its superclass....
a stub entity is just a placeholder so that entity of the model can point on it.
