Stéphane showed me how to customize the settings with Pharo 3.0 theme. Here is a fix for GLMUITheme. You have to define colors in the tables and reinitialize the Shout style table to make it work. If ok with you, I can commit directly in Glamour repo.

I changed your solution slightly by indicating the support for incomplete identifiers and messages with dark gray. The reason is that we do not use italic anywhere until now, and I think this does the job just fine.
