Hi all
I reintroduced flatCollect: fixing also collectUnion:
I deprecated collectUnion: and replaced all the occurence of
collectUnion: in mooseDevelopment and friends
let me know if this is ok for you.

Hi doru
In my latest version MooseDevelopment3.2.124
I get flatCollect: deprecated and still some senders of collectUnion:
So I do not understand, since I did the inverse. I'm not connected to
the base
so I cannot check it.. Were my changes lost?
I really do not like collectUnion: since it gives this wrong
impression of
set like behavior of the results. while I like collectAsSet:

That is strange, but I do not remember touching this part. I will try
