I am not quite sure where is the difference to GET yet. It seems to me that Charter is simpler, but I would be interested in looking at it in more details at ESUG.

Charter is meant to replace GraphET. The difficulties I see of drawing curves are: defining curves, axis, labeling and composition of curves. GraphET focuses only on the first difficulties. At that time, we did not know about the other difficulties. Which is why we started Charter.
