I fixed it. It appears that the problem was due to the new DomainCodeGenerator being in the Smalltalk namespace instead of Fame. This somehow created a conflict with Meta.DomainCodeGenerator from the Ecore bundle.

Ahh, I forgot to say that I now moved the Smalltalk.DomainCodeGenerator to Fame.DomainCodeGenerator :).
