At the moment, you do not have this possibility. However, the underlying
MorphTreeMorph has this possibility (see its application in the settings
browser), so we could have another ColumnedTree (or something similar)
presentation working in this way.

I can't see anything related in GLMBasicExamples. I see there is a
GLMMorphTreeColumn class but preliminary digging doesn't reveal to me how
this fits into things.
