Is it moose specific or pharo a configuration for pharo ? Is it the debugger with icons?

It should be Pharo specific. It's the configuration used to load the spec debugger from pharo. Maybe we could renamed it. 'new' is no longer necessary.

NewDebugger is a terrible name for the model of the debugger (context, session, actions, filters). It was developed in the context of GTDebugger, but now it is already integrated in Pharo.

Thanks so do we remove the configuration dependencies ? (I do not like that because we are losing the dependencies - I hope that in new Pharo we will get better on that).
NewDebugger is a terrible name for the model of the debugger (context, session, actions, filters). It was developed in the context of GTDebugger, but now it is already integrated in Pharo.
