We should have a wizard to load Hismo models.
Also, for the case we have several Moose models of a system history: - We should have strategies about how to select the Moose models to be loaded; - Ex: load the one model per month, load one model each 20 days, etc

Created the packages Moose-HismoImporte, Moose-Test-HismoImporter, and the classes MPImportHismoCommand and MooseHismoImportFromMSEWizard.
It is also possible to filter the entities when loading the models.
To use it, go to Moose Panel and click in "Import Hismo model from MSE files"
And use FamixDiff and Orion to lower the memory usage
