What exactly do you mean?
If you load ConfigurationOfMoose-cyrille_delaunay.34 you will find the following code in the default: method: package: 'OSProcess' with: [spec repository: 'http://www.squeaksource.com/OSProcess' ];

why in the default? Frankly I hate it. Why default is not a call to the latest published version (but with version indication).

It's just a convention so that everyone knows what to change if they want to change something.
If you get only versions, then you will always have to go and read all of them and make sure you are editing the right place. Default is called like that because by default this is what I want you to load or change.
