Hi Doru,
In a form builder, should we have a rendering of the inner nodes at each =
occurrence of a children shape? If there is no children shape in a form =
builder, can the inner nodes be rendered?

There should be only one ChildrenShape. In the future we might want to
allow the embedding of multiple graphs, but for the moment we stick
with one.
But, I would not invest too much in this check. If there are more we
just render all of them for now. More important is the correct
rendering of the shape :)

No. Later on, we can add a ChildrenShape by default if none exists (in
VW we add one at x:1 y:1).
