My question means that : how can i extract the informations from mse
file? Is it possible to use this format like a moose model in
implementation? Is it possible to do something like: anMseFile allClasses?

It seems that you do not understand what is a mse file.
An mse file contains a representation of a model (for example all the
classes of LAN)
when you load this file in moose you obtain a model that is composed of
objects representing the model information.
So if you load an mse file, it creates a model and you can do aModel
allClasses
