@Andrei: we discussed before that it would be ideal for the debugging
actions to be defined for the whole debugger. As it seems, users might get
confused with the current solution :)
Then do we also move the icons to the toolbar of the debugger or do we
leave them in the stack and just register the corresponding keybindings
with the whole debugger?
