Yes you have to create your own builder.
Yes some traits are already exist and they are mostly OOP, but we try to make them
generic.
Julien has done a tutorial to explain how to write your own builder. And he developed a
MM for PL/SQL what is not OOP. The only thing is that you won’t reuse lot of traits and
will define more.
@Julien, can you send a link to your tutorial?
