identifiers and messages with dark gray. The reason is that we do not use
italic anywhere until now, and I think this does the job just fine.
Fine for me until there is a way to distinguish between unknowns and
incomplete identifiers.
It might not be a familiar thing for Pharo users, though.

Stéphane showed me how to customize the settings with Pharo 3.0 theme.
Here is a fix for GLMUITheme.
You have to define colors in the tables and reinitialize the Shout style
table to make it work.
If ok with you, I can commit directly in Glamour repo.
