It is loaded like this: Gofer new url: 'http://ss3.gemstone.com/ss/Nautilus'; package: 'ConfigurationOfNautilus'; load. ! (ConfigurationOfNautilus project version: #stable) load.
This means that if you want a new version to be loaded in Moose, than Nautilus must change the #stable for 1.4.
