I do not quite understand what you are trying to achieve.
A line with angle? What does it mean? A straight line? Then RTMultiLine should be your friend.
You are mentioning the layout.
What about this:
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
v := RTView new.
redBalls := (RTEllipse new size: 30; color: Color red) elementsOn: (1 to: 10).
blueSquares := (RTBox new size: 30; color: Color blue) elementsOn: (1 to: 10).
v addAll: redBalls.
v addAll: blueSquares.
RTVerticalLineLayout on: redBalls.
RTHorizontalLineLayout on: blueSquares.
"redBalls translateTo: blueSquares center."
TRConstraint move: redBalls onTheTopLeftOf: blueSquares.
v
