Indeed it would be great to get the RBSmallDictionary out of the way.
Is anybody working on this?

yes but we should clean it a bit since it has extra unused instance
variable and I would like to get more tests.
lukas sent me the WASmallDictionary they did for seaside (taking
SmallDictionary has a starting point).

MooseLoader should also conditionally loadOB
since it does not
then we should fix SmallDictionary and use it instead of
RBSmallDictionary
Moose should work independently of RB.
