Just had a deeper look at it. I can't reproduce the problem. The dictionary culprit of the error (according to the log) is used to store instances of subclasses of FM3Element. None of these subclasses redefine #= or #hash (actually, no Fame classe does).
Fame uses some IdentityDictionary. This may be the problem if some keys are added into it.
