Not really.
Three of them (neato, fdp and sfdp) are spring layouts.
Dot is similar to the DominanceTreeLayout.
Twopi is similar to RadialTreeLayout, but the layout makes better
use of space, especially when you have connected trees.
Even the circo layout is different in that it can handle multiple
circles.
