I want to be able to highlight an element with a desired color when hovering over it. In
general I need this:
el @ (RTPopup new text: #rmozaikLabel)
el @ (RTHighlightable new highlightedColor: (Color red alpha: 0.3)).
el @ (RTMenuActivable new
action: #inspect;
item: 'browse class' action: [ :e | e model browse ]).
