Yes, Jean-Rémy is trying to learn Moose/Mondrian while porting Package Blueprint.
OrderedSet should probably be put in collection-extensions for now.
Is anyone taking charge of this? I presume it is this related to this issue: http://code.google.com/p/moose-technology/issues/detail?id=160
