there is the git filesystem effort made by camillo and max. After I do not know what you mean by mining since after you have to parse what is stored.

We are definitively interested to access Java from Git for the future of the work on veronica around JET. We want to see if we can use FAMIX as a metamodel besides Ring metamodels.
