Moose Panel anymore because it offers a lesser functionality than you get with GT
Inspector / Moose Playground. If we want a subset of the functionality, we should rewrite
the Moose Finder to use the extensions from GT.

I thought that the when: clause was for that.
You can use when: for that, too. However, a better way to document the applicability of an
extension is to put it in the class that it is applicable to. when is a conditional, and
conditionals can be Ok for instances, but should ideally not be used for types.
