I will start soon to work on the exporter for FAMIX30. So now I have a question: - is the final version of FAMIX30 based on the latest version of FAME which is not using the slot stuff?
- Is the fame code generator working in Squeak?
- Is it better to just rewrite the code of FAMIX30?

Not yet. This needs to be done. I will look into this next week.
- Is the fame code generator working in Squeak?
It should be. It was working last time I checked.
- Is it better to just rewrite the code of FAMIX30?
At this point, not really. I will take a look and let you know.

Thanks doru. What I'm doing now is to fix in Squeak and retrofit the changes in VW. So I will continue the sahredVariable support and port it back to VW.

I regenerated FAMIX 3.0, just to test (I also published) and it all worked fine. I will have to redo it because I just noticed that I forgot to remove the old slot specific selectors.
