This example does exactly what I want.
I just knew where is the problem, it is simply coming from '#displayLegend'!
Apparently displaying legends requires some pre-conditions and the best
solution is to do: 'displayLegend: false'.

Take a look at EyeSee.Examples>>verticalBar7. It does exactly pretty much
what you want. Or?
