I think this is still a problem. I'll explain further in another post
shortly.
To answer your question, I think the result should be...
innerNode1 position = (-10 @ -10)
innerNode2 position = (0 @ 0)
outerNode position = (-10 @ -10)
outerNode bounds = (-10 @ -10) corner: (0 @ 0)
outerNode extent = (10 @ 10)
