We use the Pragma protocol. For example if you already know a method that
has the <MSEProperty:...> annotation you can query the comment like:
Pragma
inMethod: FAMIXType>>#attributes
named: #MSEComment:.
==> <MSEComment: 'List of attributes declared by this type.'>
