[Moose-dev] Mondrian HorizontalNarrowTreeLayout

Hi Alex, all, I like the Mondrian NarrowTreeLayout, in my tests it produces the best layout for partially ordered sets (advice dependencies in AspectMaps). However it aligns vertically, and to best fit the visualization it should do this horizontally.
