You should not have to care about NullMultiValueLink, that is supposed to be an
implementation optimisation. While building a MSE file for ObjectStudio Smalltalk, I found
out that a package and namespace are obligatory. The main problem in Famix is the
inheritance in the model, resulting in much wasted space in empty instance variables
