You would get this problem anyway. Let's fix the current development version and the
we resnapshot. In the longer term we will see how the enhancements from Diego can help.

PharoVM-AcceptanceTest loads Moose-Stable. That is based on a snapshot.
As the snapshot flattens the configuration, it is basically unpatchable.
