For example, one metric is:
cls queryAllOutgoingDependencies atClassScope size
Maybe we could compute it right after having loaded it and store the result in the
privateState. And then? We should remove all the dependencies since we do not need them
anymore (e.g., setting to nil #accesses, #outgoingReferences)

You do not remove them from the current model. You reload them in a new model with
filtering.
