Hi,
I had a look into the SubVersion bundle and I have some questions about it:
- I saw that there is a nice model based on hismo behind, but I was not
able to find the concept of commit in that model. In other words, I can
I know which set of files (fileVersion) belongs to the same commit-set?
- Importing the model from a remote repository takes long. Is it because
besides the log, it also downloads the actual files?
- Is it possible to create a model from a log file instead of a remote
repository?
... or maybe the best thing is that I just contact the author of
SubVersion. Does anybody know his name / email? Because I did not find
it in the bundle
Many thanks
Cheers
Marco
Hi all,
I am developing an exchange plugin for MOOSE-C# code. I am just wondering
what format, CDIF or XMI, will be useful in terms of usefulness and ease of
development?
thanx

Hi,
I'm working with sara on the EMF Model importer. We use the VW's XMLParser
to get a XML tree. We want to create a visitor that parse that tree to
obtain moose entities. As Ecore is both a metamodel and a meta metamodel,
do you think we'd d better to create FAMIX entities or EMOF entities.
Thank

I've loaded a model with 32 functions, none of which define any lines of code
information. In the Moose window, it shows that the LOC and RLOC properties are
both -32.
Attached is a copy of the MSE file triggering this.

Hey Moosers,
when using VW 7.5 please update to the latest CodeFoo (75.428), and
change in your code all senders of Collection >> #sort/#sort: to
#sorted/#sorted:

Hi,
I played a bit with Moose in 7.5. The tests are fine, and the UI
looks fine too. I did not encounter any problems yet.

what is your package to config your image since mine does not work on
75 (apparently the code I used to load a package of a given version
is broken)
I want to check how you load package.

Hi
why the new importer does not use the importingContext but Full
preferences
The importing context was providing a semantics consistency for the
imported models
and we could decide what do load dynamically not been forced to
define a new class for a new configuration of entities to be loaded.
Sometimes I feel sad to see all the efforts I spent in moose not even
used.

Hi guys,
I have a master student working with me in La Plata (his email is in the
CC).
We wanted to know if there is a small application we can download from
Cincom or UniBe Store to have as an example how we have to manage if we
need to make some extensions from Moose to work with it.
We have loaded Moose 3.X (last released version of the Cincom Store).
Thanx

New submission from Kat <katerinab(a)gmail.com>:
I created an MSE file with a FAMIX.File entry, which didn't specify a name for
it. When I load the model into moose, and then click on "All files (1 file)", I
get a debugger window, saying "Unhandled exception: No such file or directory
("UNKNOWN")". When I click terminate, it pops up again; looking in the
debugger, it seems to be looping in HandleRegistry>>evaluateWithFullProtection:

I have run into a little problem. I'm trying to load a .mse file with some
files/folder entities. When Moose is listing the files entities it combines
the folders and files name directly, like this: FolderFile.ext, with no
delimiter between. Shouldn't they be like Folder/File.ext ?
And a second issue: if the files and folders doesn't exist when i check the
All folders group i'm getting a lot of errors (ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND). Btw,
if the pathname is relative, where is it looking for the files?
Test file:
(Moose.Model (id: 1)
(name 'FileTest')
(entity
(FAMIX.Folder (id: 2)
(stub false)
(name 'Folder'))
(FAMIX.File (id: 3)
(stub false)
(name 'file1.txt')
(belongsTo (idref: 2)))
(FAMIX.File (id: 4)
(stub false)
(name 'file2.txt')
(belongsTo (idref: 2)))))

Hi,
its a long time since I've moosed, but just was wondering why for
exporting and importing mse files with DynaMoose entities I have to do a
initializeAllMofDescriptions in the standard Moose Config version.
How can I have this as a default that Moose knows the DynaMoose
entities so I can import mse files with traces?
TIA

Hi,
First, what does the 'stub' field from ModelRoot means?
Second, how do i know which fields do i have to write in a MSE file? For
example, from the LAN sample model, Class has belongsTo -> aPackage and
Package has definedClass -> someClasses; these 2 fields are redundant. But
for example at Class the method field doesn't appear. So, how do i know
which fields i have to write to make a valid MSE file?

Hi,
Indeed, the mailing list was not archived until now. Now I turned the
archiving on. Thanks for pointing that.
