packages from SqueakMap (I think). What are those packages and in what
order do I need to install them.

- DynamicBindings, KomServices and KomHttpServer for SmallWiki2-Seaside
- OmniBrowser for SmallWiki2-OmniBrowser PS: Please put a tag such as [SW2] in the header
