This is really interesting and it would be cool to run that tool on top of SmallWiki. However there are not many information collected at the moment when a new version is created. Currently this is only the creation-time and the version-number. Adding information about the user should be easily feasible, I will try to add that this weekend together with some other minor corrections. Another thing on my to-do-list, I noticed this when reading some complaints on the ESE SmallWiki, is a mechanism to prevent from overriding concurrent changes of the same page.
