If you take Pier 2 build #278 from http://hudson.lukas-renggli.ch, and
look at the PRDistribution example, you'll see the text on the home page
rendered twice - once big, then again in a smaller font. It looks to be
a recent problem. A screenshot is included.

That should be fixed with:

- take into consideration that value links like +value:structure+
embed the target structure, and replace them with *value:structure*

Okay, I had to change my Pier pages, and now the pages are appearing
normally.
Occurrences of:
+value:structure+ and +value:children+
needed to be changed to:
*value:structure* and *value:children*

Yes, sorry about that, but I think like this it makes more sense and
is more consistent with the rest of the system.
