There is already such a project proposal related to that problem listed
at: http://scgwiki.iam.unibe.ch:8080/ST03/11
Template Composition Management Interface: The user
should be able to
compose and modify the settings of the components he likes to have on
his wiki pages in the web browser. This topic could be easily combined
with the creation of additional template-components and/or other
design renderers.
