CSS issue for Apache deployments

Aplogies but I am a bit new to pier so please excuse any mistakes in communications. I am using Pharo 1.3 and have pier loaded up on it nicely. (to get it all working nicely i had to install OSP process). It all works well on my local box (styles etc). I then deployed the image to an amazon linux box behind apache 2.2. This is all set up nicely and the mod_proxy and mod_rewrite are working well. The only issue i have is that the default style sheet is not presenting with the proper url.
