Hi Lukas,
Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike would be fine
with me. AFAIK, Pier is under MIT style license, so the documentation
in the back would have to mention that as well. Having current class
and method comments as part of the book is very valuable IMHO.
