The list of commands the command widget shows is always reduced to a
list of currently useable commands (permission and context wise).
This means if you setup your widget to show 'Edit', 'Add' and
'Logout', it won't show 'Edit' if the user has not the permission to
edit the current page or the current page has no edit command at all.
It also won't show 'Add' if the current structure doesn't allow
children. And the last example, it won't show 'Logout' if the hasn't
been logged in.
